Terms of Service for Goldie Locks® Subscription Program
- Subscription Service: Goldie Locks® LLC (“we” or “us”) offers a subscription service for our customers to receive our products on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the products and services you select for the duration of your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle or the term you select, unless you cancel or pause your subscription. Subscriptions are only available to residents of the United States.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our subscription service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
- Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.
- Changes to the Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our subscription service after any changes to the terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
